Great customer service! They were super attentive and nice, explaining at the beginning how everything works. The only detail was we didn't enjoy much the chicken or lamb meat, which was a slight disappointment. The beef and vegetables were super nice 👍

Honestly the best place I’ve ever been in Bilbao, I’ll definitely come back. The staff were so sweet, we had an amazing moment. The meat was insanely good, as was everything that we had ! We left full and happy and the prices were surprisingly low for the amount of food we had ! Only 19,80€ for 3 rounds of food. The atmosphere is so cozy and the décor is gorgeous. Definitely a must-try !!
